This new ground floor (no stairs after a long day on the hill!) condominium porch boasts beautiful views of the Steamboat ski mountain. Constructed in February 2006 and furnished with all top of the line amenities such as granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors. This unit provides all the comforts of home. This condo is ideal for parties of all types. We also have a pack and play/crib available for guests with smaller childern to use. The free city ski shuttle will pick you up near the complex and drop you off at the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Resort. The Sundance complex is ideally located about 3/4 of a mile to the gondola, and just over 1 mile to downtown Steamboat.

The living room is equipped with a great stone fireplace to keep you warm and cozy. The Den is equipped with cable TV, CD player, and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools to cook and feed a large family.  Beautiful wood floors and a breakfast bar will make you feel right at home.

The dining room table provides comfortable seating for six.  There is also a breakfast bar with seating for three.

The master bedroom comes complete with a queen bed, TV, DVD player, very nice linens, a private bathroom, and walk in closet, complete enough for the most distinguished guest.

The second bedroom features a twin daybed that includes a pop up trundle (a 2nd twin bed) underneath. The twins may be used 1 high, 1 lower; or the 2nd twin may be popped up and used side by side as a King size bed. Great for a 2nd couple or 2 kids. The second bathroom is located across the hall from the second bedroom.

A Premium Washer and Dryer is located in the unit for guest use.

There are two bathrooms located in the condo one in the master bedroom and one directly across from the 2nd bedroom.  Each bath has nice plush towels and beautiful fixtures and tile work.
